HOW BIPOLAR IONIZATION WORKS
Bipolar Ionization technology produces positive and negative oxygen ions, imitating a natural process occurring in nature. The negative ions contain an extra electron while the positive ions are missing an electron. ln an effort to re-stabilize, these bipolar ions seek out atoms and molecules in the air to trade electrons with effectively neutralizing viruses, bacteria, mold and fungus.
By increasing the quantity of both positively and negatively charged oxygen ions, pathogens are being neutralized, resulting an improved indoor air quality. The technology’s greatest achievement is the fact that it generates the highest density of ions with practically zero ozone (<0.005 PPM) – extremely below any requirement or federal regulation.
